Targeting Transcription Factors with Non-Degrading Molecular Glues to Expand Therapeutic Opportunities Beyond Oncology
10:00 am
- Harnessing non-degrading molecular glues to modulate transcription factor activity through induced proximity mechanisms, creating new opportunities to access historically challenging targets
- Demonstrating how STAT6-directed molecular glues can selectively reprogram immune signalling pathways, expanding the therapeutic potential of induced-proximity medicine beyond oncology applications
- Establishing a framework for the discovery and development of non-degrading molecular glues against immunological and transcriptional targets, broadening the future scope of the molecular glue modality

Panel Discussion: Deploying Molecular Glues to Tackle Neurodegeneration’s Toughest Targets
2:30 pm
- How can molecular glues be leveraged to target pathogenic protein aggregates and drive the selective clearance of disease-causing proteins across Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, and Huntington’s disease?
- What strategies are proving most effective for engineering brain-penetrant molecular glues that improve CNS exposure and target engagement while enhancing the translational potential of neurodegeneration programs?
- How can target engagement be most effectively validated in disease-relevant neuronal models to better understand therapeutic impact and de-risk progression into clinical development?
