Expanding Molecular Glue Discovery Beyond Degradation: Identifying Transcription Factor Inhibitors Through Conformational Trapping
12:00 pm
  • Overcoming the challenge of drugging transcription factors by developing a functional E. coli screening platform to identify molecular glues that trap proteins in inactive conformations
  • Moving beyond degradation by selectively preventing transcription factor DNA binding and suppressing downstream gene expression through induced conformational control
  • Combining computational screening and functional validation to rapidly discover potent molecular glue candidates and accelerate translation into cellular and in vivo models
